Yes anyone can collect! Just choose collection at checkout and you're good to go

Unfortunately some of our cookies contain soya. All cookies are made in the same environment and due to the nature of allergens, we cannot guarantee that the other cookie flavours are soya free.

Our cookies will last up to a week, we recommend keeping them sealed in an airtight container and heating them up for the best results.

We unfortunately don't have this information, but it is something we hope to have in the future.

Yes! If you aren't shown the delivery date you want at checkout, please get in touch and we'll do our best to deliver on the day you want!

Cookies are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday with Evri next day delivery. If your order has not arrived after 3 working days please get in contact and we'll arrange a replacement box asap! Cookies last for up to a week so please don't get in contact before 3 working days from the dispatch date

Unfortunately we can't offer delivery to Northern Ireland at the moment as our courier no longer ships there

Yes! We currently offer a gluten free choc chip and hope to add more flavours soon. Please note all cookies are baked in the same environment so may contain traces of gluten

Unfortunately no amendments can be made to an order after it has been placed so please double check delivery addresses etc!

Cookies are released every Friday at 9am! The cut off for Tuesday dispatch is 9am Monday, and the cut off for Friday dispatch is 9am Thursday

We offer set boxes for birthdays, Christmas etc. at a discounted price. Unfortunately these cannot be customised at all, they're cheaper because they have set flavours! If you would like to customise your box in any way please go to the Mix & Match page and choose your cookies.

All gift boxes, postal boxes, or any orders including an occasion card will come gift wrapped in a box. Any cookies ordered for Leeds delivery/collection will be packaged in brown kraft bags.
